GBCC Honors Two More Bothell Students

Bothell High School seniors, Katherine Bourne and Leeann Briscoe are nominated by their teachers to receive the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce Student of the Month awards for February and March 2008.
The students received their awards at the Greater Bothell Chamber Luncheon held at the Courtyard Hall in Country Village Wednesday, March 12th, 2008. Katherine was nominated by her choir teacher, Sheri Erickson. Sheri nominated Katherine because of her determination and commitment. Katherine recently produced & directed her first one act play at Bothell High School in addition to participating in two auditioned choirs at Bothell. She plans to continue her education in theater.
Dave Hansen an English teacher at Bothell High nominated Leeann Briscoe. He nominated Leeann because of her quiet enthusiasm for writing. "She is a very gifted writer, and a pleasure to have in class." says Dave. Leeann plans on continuing her education and getting her degree in psychology.
